missingWrote a review on 09 Marcozy retreatimproved breakfastlimited accessibility
The room provided a cozy retreat with decent amenities, making it a comfortable place to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The breakfast selection improved significantly when it moved to the East building, offering a better variety that met expectations for a hotel buffet.
No accessible rooms or an elevator meant navigating the upstairs rooms was a challenge, particularly for those with mobility issues. The small flat screen TV had no English channels and lacked streaming options, which felt out of place in a hotel targeting international visitors. Breakfast started off mediocre in the West building with basic offerings, and there seemed to be a noticeable difference in service quality between the West and East buildings.

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need, including wi-fi, a jacuzzi, free shuttle service, and ski storage. During my first stay, the staff assisted me with late check-in, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend enjoying the warm fire outside. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Here's my take on it
From the moment of our arrival, the experience was delightful. The staff's attention to detail made our stay comfortable. Our gear was always ready, and they went above and beyond for our family. The corner deluxe room with a jacuzzi offered a cozy retreat after skiing. Definitely a memorable experience!

I had an amazing time with my friends at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast was top-notch. we enjoyed the local dishes and plenty of options. Plus, the ski gear valet service was a lifesaver after long days on the slopes. Don’t miss trying Tsugaike Ski Resort and Hakuba Valley Ski Area!
One downside was the lack of nearby dining options in the immediate area. we had to venture out a bit to find some variety, which took extra time.

A large room with a spacious bed provided a cozy retreat after skiing. The dining experience was excellent, featuring fresh, seasonal products that satisfied all tastes. However, the hotel is a bit of a distance from some of the prime ski lifts, and getting around without a car can be a challenge. The lounge areas could also benefit from more comfortable seating options for relaxation.

great service , but room lacked space
The staff were truly remarkable, helping with everything from ski gear to providing local recommendations. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere by the fireplace, where I enjoyed a glass of wine while my kids toasted marshmallows. The breakfast had excellent variety, and the eggs were a standout, setting a nice tone for the day. I also found the outdoor jacuzzi to be a welcome treat after skiing.
The room could have used more space for ski equipment.

The staff went above and beyond during our stay, helping with ski gear and organizing everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and the cozy garden area after a long day on the slopes. However, the room could have used a bit more space for our ski equipment but that didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊
